Hi there: I wanted to let you all know after planting an amethyst stone in the soil by tree shown here in the picture I now have a stronger connection with it.

Lightkeeper, please do this- These "feelings" you are receiving are not cooincidence but are either instructions from your spirit guides or God, and the more you listen to your intuition, the stronger it will grow. The more you ignore your intuition, then the more you will no longer hear it.

Quartz crystals have a purifying cleansing reaction against negative energies. This is true even if you wear a quartz crystal. You should wash a quartz crystal in running water to cleanse it-- Leaving it out in the sunlight for one day also energizes it.

Someone is telling you to do this- and it will have a far more postive impact than you realize-- I would follow through with this and plant them in the woods where you meditate AND the trees in your backyard! You can get quartz crystal points in bulk at many rock stores online.

I am thinking about doing it here first with the trees in our backyard then when the weather gets nicer go to the woods where I meditate.

Lightkeeper,
Really I have not had any similar feelings. If you feel that you should do something, then perhaps you should plant some crystals and see if there is some result.

hi there: I was wondering if you could answer something for me. I keep getting this feeling or vibe to go to the woods to plant some crystals by some trees, now I don't know what it means but wondered if you have ever had a feeling like that before?

Industrial street -grove
Where I used to live there was a run down industrial area on the way when I walked to the local shopping area . There stuffed into small diamond cutouts in the concrete were a few trees . About 15 feet tall and round topped they were a round leafed evergreen with small white flowers most of the year .they were almost enclosed by concrete walls and had outgrown their cutouts the sidewalk was pushed up around them. I always felt sorry for those trees so far away from a natural setting . then one day i found a bench placed under one old tree. I stopped to sit and touching the tree I thought how sad it was that it had to be here in this dismal spot. Then I heard inside me very clearly and firmly . "I am a sacred tree, Where ever I am it is a sacred grove ". and I knew that like the tree we carry our sacredness and beauty with us always.~ Peggy Jentoft ( http://pjentoft.com/tree.html )

"A few minutes ago every tree was excited, bowing to the roaring storm, waving, swirling, tossing their branches in glorious enthusiasm like worship. But though to the outer ear these trees are now silent, their songs never cease. Every hidden cell is throbbing with music and life, every fiber thrilling like harp strings, while incense is ever flowing from the balsam bells and leaves. No wonder the hills and groves were God's first temples, and the more they are cut down and hewn into cathedrals and churches, the farther off and dimmer seems the Lord himself." ~John Muir

James, I would like to ask your mother about that tree. Please share with us more about this tree. I have a Maple tree in our front yard that has maple saplings every year. I call it "mother Maple" :-)

Hey Everyone,

My mother Joyce Hayes just joined us on Primal Forests-Ancient Trees Tree Spirits. She enjoys hiking, usually with me and is a believer in the fey people.

Ask her about that awesome maple she has on her property. It's one AWESOME tree!

James, what makes the American Chestnut, hollies and hawthorns your favorite trees? I cannot say what is my favorite!
